Standard Cancellation Policy
Our Standard Cancellation Policy allows you to cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival and receive a full refund less any processing fees paid and a $40 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date and time, only occupancy taxes can be refunded.
Cancellation Insurance
For an additional fee, you may purchase cancellation insurance at the time of check-out which allows you more flexibility to cancel your stay. With insurance, cancellations made within these time frames are entitled to the corresponding refund: More than 21 days - 100%, more than 14 days- 75%, more than 24 hours - 50%, inside of 24 hours - standard cancellation policy applies. Please note that processing fees and the cost of cancellation insurance are always non-refundable and are not included in the percentage refunds.
Modifications
Modifications that reduce the total value of your stay are subject to our standard cancellation policy. Please let us know as soon as possible whether you need to shorten or lengthen your stay so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Cleaning, Linens and Towels
Your booking includes a unit cleaning at the end of your stay. If you wish to book an additional cleaning for a fee, you may contact our team and we can schedule that for you. Enough linens and towels are provided for the maximum number of guests that each unit can accommodate. If you wish to schedule a linen and towel change for a fee, you may contact our team to schedule or you can use our laundry facilities.
Parking
On-site parking is available at an additional cost subject to availability. You can check availability and book a parking space directly on this website.
Late Departures
We have a strict late departure policy to make sure we have time to properly prepare your place for the next person staying in it. Our policy is to charge a minimum of $100 for a late departure and a maximum of the cost of one day’s rental if the stay after you is affected by your late departure.
Accessibility Features
J. Miller Flats does not have any ADA compliant units. We do offer a ramp and a small elevator in the building. Please contact a member of our team at info@jmillerflats.com if you have specific questions about accessibility features of the building and units.
